HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF MUSCLE PAIN – SUNDAY MIRROR

          Muscle pain is one of the most common pain syndrome in daily life. Severity varies across the population. But in general females suffer more. It affects daily life. Stress and dehydration increase the pain and soreness.

Here are 7 ways to help alleviate muscle pain:

1. Stretching and Foam Rolling

  • Stretch affected area to relieve tension
  • Use foam roller to release muscle knots
  • Focus on major muscle groups (hamstrings, quadriceps, back)
