Mental exhaustion is a widespread phenomenon in today’s world. We are exposed to such an enormous amount of stress that the mind is exhausted very easily. Huge expectations and stress makes the brain suffer more. Naturally, there’s a limit to the amount of stress the body can take, like a machine, it would often need rest times, lubricating, and continuous servicing. Now, when the mind is ravaged by various tasking situations that constantly put you under continuous stress, you’re likely to face mental exhaustion.

What is mental exhaustion?

           Mental exhaustion is a feeling of extreme tiredness, characterized by other feelings including apathy, cynicism, and irritability. It’s associated with long-term stress and anxiety.

2: Balance your Life & Work

    Work and life balance is the most necessary thing for better mental health. Relax often. Keep some time for your hobbies. Read often. While stress can make us reach for unhealthy snacks to self-soothe, eating for your brain health is key to maintaining a happy and healthy cognitive function.

    Exercise is a very good rejuvenation object. Do exercise daily. 30 minutes of brisk walking 5 days a week is good.
