It’s extremely difficult to treat memory loss. But it’s not difficult to prevent memory loss. Several researches reveal a holistic one hour in the morning can prevent memory loss effectively. The process of memory loss starts years before the symptom onset. Only one hour in the morning can keep your brain active for years of older age. Try to stop scrolling after getting up in the morning and include a 1.5 hour schedule for the brain.
