In the brain awareness week it’s much necessary to know about key steps to prevent degeneration of the brain.

- Get Moving: Regular exercise improves cognitive function, boosts mood, and enhances focus. Aim for at least 60 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise daily. High intensity workout twice or thrice a week is helpful for better blood circulation in our nervous system.
Sleep Smart: Adequate sleep is crucial for brain health, memory consolidation, and learning.Aim for 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Don’t sacrifice sleep at any cost.
